Meteor Cordova: How to trick offline meteor cordova app to think it is logged in by using user document from localstorage
I have a meteor electron/cordova app that has user accounts. I am familiar with this package meteor ground user. https://github.com/gwendall/meteor-ground-user It seems to work for the cordova app, but fails with the electron build. With the electron build the app just gets stuck logging in. And Meteor.logginIn() is always true. So I am hoping someone can advice me how to manually on startup, if Meteor.status().connected is false, check localstorage for last logged in user, and auto login the user in with that document and userId. Summary: Initial condition: Uses User Accounts User has previously used the app and logged in when connected User is opening the app when offline Meteor electron app https://github.com/wojtkowiak/meteor-desktop Saves user document to localstorage https://github.com/gwendall/meteor-ground-user Goal: After opening the app offline, use the saved user document, and automatically make the client think the user is logged in with the offline user document.
